Great initial visit but follow up post care has been pretty poor so far. I ordered supportive sandals almost a month ago after purchasing supportive inserts from them for my normal day-to-day shoes. I was told the order was placed four days after I paid, and then after calling probably for the fifth time to follow up and see if my sandals were there, I’m told that they were barely ordered a week ago.
