The staff are very friendly and courteous. The optometrist is nice and patient. It was my first time going there and I'll continue going there for eye exams.
I had the worst experience at "Complete Eye Care Center". The doctor was shockingly unprofessional and displayed a complete lack of empathy. Despite having an urgent eye care need on a Saturday, she callously refused to provide service just because I was pregnant and apparently couldn't comprehend my situation. Instead of offering any assistance, she rudely directed us to another closed facility, leaving us stranded with no help whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed with this eye clinic and the doctor. Despite arriving on a Saturday with an urgent need for eye treatment due to keratitis, my pregnant wife was callously turned away. The doctor's excuse? Her pregnancy. Instead of providing the necessary care, we were essentially told to fend for ourselves and seek help elsewhere, even though it was evident that all other locations were closed. I love coming to them, every time i have they get my prescription perfect and patiently wait for me to decided which is the clearer image(doible vision) definitely perfer them over anyone else.
