Complete Eye Care is an amazing group and are always so friendly and helpful with all of your questions and concerns! I am very satisfied with the two cataract surgeries performed by Dr. Waters, a week apart. The whole process was very efficient. I didn't spend much time waiting for appts. The after-care instructions were wasy for me to follow. The entire staff was knowledgeable and very courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this physician/surgeon to anyone,
