I was not informed by this office when my employer changed our insurance from Guardian to Principal that they were not in network with Principal. I discovered this when I received a statement with a balance much higher than it should have been. I am very disappointed that they did not let me know that they were out of network, so I could have decided whether to stay or find another dentist that was in network. This is not a good way to treat people.

RecommendedEverything, their office staff, the hygienist and especially Dr Chambless. I recommend him almost daily on Face Book when someone is looking for a new dentist. They are wonderful, try them and you will agree.
