I had a appointment for 2pm it's now 4:10 and there 30 mins away. so that's first mess up . Then the office fails to tell me there is a 99 dollar minimum to start. 2nd mess up . . so needles to say . no goood!
I have been using Complete Carpet Care for the past 18 years for the carpeting in my condo. Their excellent service has extended the life of this carpeting (which was here when I moved in) and kept it looking fresh and attractive. They provide great service and I highly recommend them.
My tile was totally disgusting. Filthy and greasy. Black grout. No one went barefoot in my home. Bob came in and gave me the estimate. And then he and Zack performed a miracle in less than a few hours! Perfection. Can't get any better than this business. Don't go anywhere else cause you won't get tile floors like mine!
Their service was very good. Bob, the owner, really knew his business; and he and his tech went right to work. Bob talked us into urine analysis service and scotch guarding and we were very pleased. I would recommend Complete Carpet Care to everyone and will use them again.
They did an excellent job! Zack cleaned our title floors and they look amazing!! Knowledgible and professional. I would recommend their service!
They were knowledgeable, professional and prompt. They came to give me an estimate and a test patch on the tile. The difference was so drastic that on the spot I signed the proposal and the floors were done. They look brand new.
