The best place in the area. Has been doing our carpets for years, wouldn't go elsewhere. Couldn't pay us to! Got rid of puppy odors too. Excellent! On a scale of 1-10, they are a 20!

Very polite and professional. Explained the whole carpet cleaning process. They removed pet stains and smells and made the carpets look new! Very pleased.
I can't begin to tell you what an amazing job they do. I probably had the dirtiest commercial carpet in Lee Cty. and was facing replacing it. I had tried numerous carpet cleaners over the years and none even came close to the job Bob does. When he was finished it looked as though I had installed brand new carpet. My customers are all amazed at the job he did. I cannot praise them enough for the service they provided.....professional, courteous and efficient. Before you replace......call Bob!

I saw that Complete Carpet Care was rated #1 in Fort Myers and I called them for that reason and now I know why!!! Bob, the owner, who is very personable and Zack who has worked for him for 15 years came and I can't believe how clean & new my 12 year old carpet looks. I have 2, 17 year old cats who have been hard on my carpet. No one would ever think this carpet was original to my condo after the T-rex did it's magic on it!!
