The crew was a bit late because they were held up on another job. It happens. Their office called to inform me. That was huge in my book. They arrived, measured, gave me the quote, which was very reasonable, and began immediately. They were polite, clean dressed, informative and thorough. My tile and carpets came out beautiful! Without a doubt, the best experience I've had with a service company in my 9 years living in Florida!
Cannot say enough about the great service and job well done cleaning my carpet. I was going to replace my carpet but that is no longer necessary for now it looks new. Highly recommend anyone to try.
I had both carpet and tile cleaned yesterday and wow, these guys are exceptional!!! I have used other companies that are constantly presenting 'add ons' during the entire visit. Not with Complete Carpet Care, they measured and gave me a quote right up front...no other add ons. Also, the process for tile cleaning is more detailed and effective than other companies. I have found my forever floor cleaning company!!! Thanks for my clean floors.
I had two nasty stains. They removed them quickly, explained everything and told me if they show back up after the carpet dried to call them and they will come back at no cost to remove them. They were professional, on time with a call first to let me know they were on the way and very personable. I will be using them again.
