Absolutely the Worst – Please! Please! Please save yourself alot of grief and money. The "owner" is rude and disrepectful. Not one once of professionalism, not one ounce of Customer service. Half ass work, late to appointments and absolutely clueless about operating a business. As demonstrated by HIS post below, this guy has know idea what he is doing. Did not pre treat spots, got water all over throw rugs, and hard wood floors and left trash behind.
This owner is not too bright! – Why would anybody use this guy? He sounds like a complete idiot. He can't write or spell. He comes across as a complete dumbass! I think I will stick with the professionals!

Unruly rude, scary, and racist services – The nattiest group of contractors I ever encountered since I was born. The owner of this company gave us a reasonably cheap quote to do our carpet cleaning. However, the man who came to do the job (45 minutes late to the appointment) asked us to write him a check that was 4 times more than the quote. INCOMPLETE Carpet Care! Wprthless. – What a waste of money! The ad in the local circular shows a uniformed professional, how misleading! I got a half dressed, pony tailed, tattooed guy in a junker pick up truck. I asked if his machine was more powerful than the full sized Rug Doctor that I own & he said "yes". What a lie! He didn't know that I'd scheduled upholstery cleaning too, he was surprised I needed furniture moved (?! Duh!!!), even though the ad says they" move furniture". Do not - do not use this company! – My first clue should have been the unprofessionalism when I made the appointment. The machine they use - you can rent at the grocery store. None of the spots were removed, and there was no extra effort to really clean the bad area. My neighbor came over and said 'I thought you were getting your carpets cleaned!' So not worth the effort on your part!! – I too called and scheduled an appt. with this so called business to clean my carpets, I saw an ad in a local circular and thought it was a good deal, now I am kicking myself. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional – The technician called to arrive early, interrupting a previous appointment, showed up foul smelling and wreaking of body odor and cigarette smoke. After he identified that my wife had returned from an appointment he said she could let him in to do the work and go back. Let me see, let a stranger in and have access to house and valuables yeah not going to happen. My wife asked a simple question about a truck mounted unit and he said he would phone the boss. VERY RUDE! – I too found this Mike guy to be crazy! Same story, very rude, hung up, he called back many times with very funny excuses on why he yelled at my wife. PLEASE shop around.
