Excellent! They do a great job. I planned on doing a whole house carpet cleaning in two appointments. I started with Zerorez which was a big mistake. With Zerorez my carpets looked like they hadn't even been cleaned. I was so disappointed that I decided to use Complete Carpet Care for my second appointment. Wow! they did a great job at half the price.

Never Again – Arrived 45 minutes after appointment time, blamed everyone else for it. Sloppy work. Left the carpet soaked, and it is still wet. Raised his voice to myself and my son. Dumped waste on my newly treated lawn.

How can this guy still be in business? I was at a good customers house doing some work and the carpet cleaner shows up. I never saw him, but I guess he left in a huff. He slammed the customers door, and then went on to throw his full cup of pop into the open window of my work van. He wasn't happy just throwing it in there, he slammed it on my gear shift so the pop splattered everywhere. It took me 2 hours to clean it up. Please get out of the service business. You are a psycho! Prospective carpet cleaning clients...my initial call was all it took to move my request for service to another business. The owner uses vulgar language and leaves voicemail that will turn your stomache (degrades women, uses God's name in vain, uses the f-word and b-word. I thought it was just a bad day for him...but now I see all these other comments. I wouldn't let such a person into my home for safety reasons.

Definetly do not recommend! Wish we had read these reviews sooner. Had pet stain issues on a light colored carpet as well as stained furniture. Furniture turned out okay, but carpet remained wet for days. Also sticky with residue from detergent or cleaner. Work done on a Tuesday. "Bill" the cleaner was hard to reach and dismissive when initially asked about the issues. "Mike", the owner didn't seem to know what was going on. Please, don't ever use this place. – Rude and Nasty to customers! Was called a "B- word" for refusing to pay $280 for 3 rooms that were advertised for $14.95 per room. I did read the fine print, Sir!

Horrible business, rude owner – I hired this place to clean my carpets. The person taking the order made the deal and of course when the worker showed up (45 min later than scheduled) I had to re-negotiate the price and had less area cleaned due to cost. Did the carpets get cleaned?, I guess so but they were so very we.t I wasn't happy with that. The worst part is the car the person drove left stains on my driveway and some of the chemicals used left a big mark on our always nice blacktop driveway. One smaller stain was eith... read more

absolutely appalled, I was told to 'F' off! – I should have known from the first call that this company was NOT a good choice. The person who answered my call was rude, rushed, and acted like he couldn't get me off the phone fast enough.
