Nathan and helpers were polite, on time and answered all my questions. Nathan called the day before scheduled appointment and 30 minutes before arriving on the morning of the appointment Will use them again and certainly recommend the service to others.
We got an e-mail reminder from Nathan that it was time for our annual carpet cleaning. We called and set up the appointment and as always he was right on time. He does a great job! He takes time to answer any questions we have and then gets right to work. He is professional and efficient and we know our carpet is in very good hands with Nathan. He always has a smile and is just a great guy. Thank you Nathan and we will see you next year.
Called me back quickly, took their time explaining things. Never felt rushed when I asked several questions inquiring about services. Showed up on time, even called 30 minutes before to confirm he was on time. I liked that. Nathan did a great job, very professional, fair priced. Gave good advice on maintaining. Highly recommend.
We went on-line several years ago to find a carpet cleaner and after reading all the great reviews for Complete Carpet we gave them a call. We have been very pleased with the great job they have done. Nathan is professional, experienced and prompt. We would highly recommend him and his prices are reasonable and fair.
