I had a wonderful experience at this community health center. From the moment I arrived, everything felt organized, calm, and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I was assisted by Araceli Perales, PA, who was absolutely amazing. Celeste the front desk girl, needs to be fired. This young lady is very rude, I tired booking an appointment and I understand she is busy she kept saying I will get to you in a moment, puts me on hold for 20 minutes and again does the same thing. I finally get ahold of her and she doesn’t even apologize and says how can I help you, I start explaining to her and I admit I was very altered and maybe because my voice is loud, she says yeah NO and hangs the phone up very very unprofessional Please get other people to answer
