We had Ohio Basement AUthority install a sump pump five years ago and it has been the best “renovation” piece we have done. Mitchell ******** has been our service technician and he is amazing! He explains what he is going to do and check and he also services our dehumidifier we had installed a free years ago. He is courteous , polite, and respectful. He makes sure he’s answered any and all questions before he leaves! My husband and I are 100% with this business!

My Wife and I hired Ohio Basement Authority to repair our basement walls that were sliding inward one half inch at the foundation. This was a huge job. Their sales rep. Jordan W. provided detailed information regarding what would be done and the process. He provided an estimate and offered financing if we had needed it. Kyle R. and Ryan K. came to our home and installed steel beams to push back the walls. If we could give this 0 stars we would. We just had 360 sump pump and waterproofing system installed along with braces on the south side and north side (the most current crew said those braces were not even installed properly on the north side, which had been done 3 years prior and had to be redone) on June 1st through the 4th 2021. I am very happy with my experience at Ohio Basement Authority. I had Nick H. out to get a quote for replacing old support pillars in my basement. The morning of the inspection he called to ask if he could arrive a little early, which I appreciated. He talked me through my basement and worked with me to generate a quote that fit my needs. We had three guys that came to our house today Brayden D., Zane P., and Jordan A. From Ohio Basement Authority. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained the whole process to us and made sure we understood everything. They cleaned up after theirselves and had us take a look at the work before they left to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. What a great crew!!!!!

Josh came out to give us quote for some new gutters and he help me fix a leaking bathroom sink! FSM, Inc. are true professionals, they installed our home generator and basement weeping system and I can't think of a company that I would rather do business with. You can't go wrong having them do your home repairs.
