Atilio and his crew did a great job installing the drainage system, environment seal, and backup battery for our sump pump in our flooding crawlspace. The whole process was fast and clean. We haven't had any flooding issues since. Thanks Ohio Basement Authority!
My techÂ’s Allen-Michael Todd and Kendall Skoggs were prompt and professional.
Had a French drain put in in my basement. The crew, (Jacob M, Anthony A, Mark W) did a clean and efficient job. They ran into some unexpected difficulties with the foundation depth, and also some discrepancies with what the estimator promised, but dealt with them and did not charge anything additional.

Very happy with their services. From the person scheduling the maintenance appointment to the person performing the service. Steve ******** was polite, honest and informative and left the area as clean as when he arrived. Will definitely call them again.

Brandon,Kenny, and Tony did a great job. They came in November of 2021. We have had several severe storms and through it all no water came into my basement. It is good not to have to use the shop vac anymore, and not to have to throw things out do to water damage.
