I was really impressed by the professionalism and job that Ohio Basement Authority did, Preston **** and James ********* gave a first estimate which was short 2 intellijacks and since it was their mistake in the original measurement they only charged me for one and ate the cost of the other, the crew (Ivan G., Antony M., Ahmed F.) that did the work was very polite and made sure to ask me I have any questions, I was impressed with every employee that works for the company, my floor was much better and lifted some, they will c... read more

Ohio Basement Authority did a great job with my basement. Serg B, Ivan B, and Tyler G explained and showed me everything and worked hard to finish everything up in 2 days! I highly recommend OBA! They are very good at what they do and I know my basement wonÂ’t have further issues now.

I can't say enough good things about Ohio Basement Authority, specifically Zeke. He's been patient, professional and knowledgeable of the foundation work that needs done with my home. He's been out multiple times, and devised a plan to move forward. I can't think of any other company that would be better suited to handle the work for my house. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience from OBA from beginning to end. They were our third of three quotes for our basement to have static beams installed against our basement walls. Before meeting with John, our sales person, we pretty sure that we were going to go with the second one. However, we were impressed with the options that John, our salesperson, laid out for us. He made thoughtful recommendations, answering all of our questions and concerns. John was thorough in letting us know what we needed to do in preparation for the job.... read more

We chose Alpha Foundations to rework the structure beneath our house's floors and then went a big step further and contracted them to make the entire area of our crawl space into a clean space. Our salesperson, Trey, mapped our entire ground floor and then explained the anomalies he found and proposed solutions that Alpha Foundations would correct. He sold us!
