These guys are really impressive! When I first parked in their lot, I saw that there were high end European cars everywhere which was a bit intimidating. I drive a 2002 Toyota Camry and needed to have smog repairs done. I walked in the office and they explained that they were Gold Shield Certified and can work on all makes and models. Wow! Wow! Wow! – I have going the Mercedes Dealer since 2004. The last straw was when they quoted me $3000 for a hydraulic pump for my suspension on my CL55 AMG Mercedes. I took my car to CAS for a second opinion. They immediately had a loaner car ready and waiting for me. They were friendly and John S periodically gave me updates on my vehicle. My car was fixed at CAS for $513!! This place is amazing. It feels like the dealership without the shotgun sales and high prices. Thank you!!
STAY AWAY – Took my car there and they over charged me. Two weeks later the problem that they "fixed" was back. Took it back to them and they wanted to try and charge me EVEN MORE to fix something completly different. I asked them why they fixed the wrong thing last time I was here, there response, "sorry we thought it was the right thing to do" I took my car elsewhere. It was much cheaper and they actually fixed the problem. these people are rude and seem to not really know what they are doing. Beware
Really easy to work with! – I don't have the nicest car; it's a Toyota pick-up truck. I brought it in on a busy 4th of July weekend. They were able to diagnose the problem but could not get parts. Their service writer Chris, immediately offered to put me in a loaner car without even asking. I couldn't believe it! Just from what I saw that day, you can really tell that they take care of their customers. As long as I live in LA, they are my place!

i would'nt trust my car anywhere else – Been there several times and i always have a great experience. My AUDI is always taken care of properly and quickly. The last time i was there for tires, it literally took less than one hour to get 4 new tires installed. And this was on a busy saturday. Saturdays are by far their busiest days. come early if you can. I live up the street so i drop my car off and they call me when its ready. They offer shuttle service but i'd rather walk. Don't seem to know or care how to properly fix cars – Brought my Lincoln in for a leak and an unidentified noise. Noise turned out to be the a/c compressor. Leak was a tranny seal. Picked up the car after the week and a half that it took them to fix. Car now had creaking and clunking noises from front end, and under full throttle a fan belt sqeal. Affordable and Quick – I took my car in for brakes and they were fast, affordable, and had great customer service. They even have coupons on their website. They fixed my brakes and didn't come up with a list of "other needed repairs." I hate when mechanics do that!
