I had recent dish washer repair request where the technician suggested couple of minor 2 fixes like replacing rack wheels and deflector baffle. I ordered the parts online and i fixed them . Those suggestions did not fix the issue we had and I have been following with warranty company and and this company with no response. I called multiple times and was ready to pay for technicians visit . No response yet from them . Very bad service indeed

I had Paul to fix my washer and he did a great job on identifying the issue and fixing it in no time. This is the second time I have called this company in 7 years and both times I have had a great customer experience. I will call only them in any issues I have with my home appliances.
Was sold Complete JUNK of a "Frankenstein'd" washer. The tub and shell was two completely different machines. After a couple days of use, the agitator came apart. They forgot to put the bolt in and we had to wait a couple days for them to find it. Then about 6 months later I had to replace the coupler on the motor shaft. At this time I realized how much a P.O.S. this washer really was. Most of everything on the bottom of the machine was rusted including parts of the tub itself.
