I was extremely disappointed to find out after this company had repaired my oven that another company would have done it for less than half the cost for the same part and labor. When I called to ask about why they were so much more expensive the person could not explain to me why their labor costs were more than double and why they charged me three times as much for the same part. I will never used them again.
