I tore tendons in my left arm and was unable to lift even a saucepan off the stove. After waiting three months hoping that I would heal but finding no real improvement I went to Complete Allied Health Care at Upper Mount Gravatt and had five sessions with Minty over a period of about 6 weeks. I have been coming to see Cathy for pain in my wrist and arm. She has gone above and beyond with helping my pain to improve. I would highly recommend coming and seeing her. She's really a good physiotherapist and friendly. 🙂
