Highly recommended. Our son who's currently a college student, received many hours of training at Compete Performance and now it's our daughters turn. Sport and player specific, detailed, precise and fast paced training. My daughters team was trained once a week off ice training by one of the staff members, the results were amazing. The on ice performance and conditioning was improved each game. Today, I have signed up to begin training at Compete Performance, I can't wait!
Professional, thoughtful and helpful. As a coach, I will recommend all of my players. As a former collegiate athlete, it's great to get training from thoughtful coaches.

Owner Chris and staff put in the time and effort it takes to do it right, just as the athletes they train are expected too, nice clean facility, always a good workout.
Broke my ankle and tore a tendon and was headed for surgery. I was sent to chris instead. I was back on the court in a few months; no easy feat given I am sixty. Chris worked wonders for my ankle. Then I developed tennis elbow. It was so severe I could not hold a coffee cup, forget a racket. Back in rehab with Chris. Again I am back on the court and pain free. Fantastic place for the physically challenged!

There isn't a better trainer out there!!! My daughter has trained with Chris for half of her life and she would not be off to college on an athletic scholarship if it wasn't for him!
