They are organized, communicate well, and ultimately finished our house on time and on budget. Micah and Tatum are simply the best. We built our first home with them and are now building our second, which says everything about the experience. Their customer service is outstanding. We can't say enough good things about the Compendium team. We purchased land in an ideal location and wanted to take advantage of it as much as possible, but we felt a little out of our depth, being first time builders. We contracted with Compendium to build our custom architect designed house. We have been very disappointed with their ability and attention to detail. At the very beginning of the process, they proceeded with pouring our slab in entirely inappropriate conditions (25F and very windy) on a frozen subgrade which caused damage to the slab requiring repair that we hope lasts.
