Update: Despite Micah’s attempt to blame us for their defects, we were happy the arbitrator awarded us $26k to fix the various defects. Note that arbitrations do not show up in court cases and we’re aware of at least one other large arbitration they are currently in. No respect to the art of architecture and a blatant disregard for respecting historical neighborhoods. Their style is grotesque and cumbersome, what an eyesore for our neighborhood.
We could not be happier with our experience. Having always lived in older homes, we were a bit hesitant about building new, but Micah and Tatum were fantastic to work with from start to finish. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat. They are an exceptional partnership and guided us through every step of the process. We went through the custom build process for the first time with Compendium and had an overall great experience. They are organized, communicate well, and ultimately finished our house on time and on budget. Whenever we had an issue or a question Mike, Micah and Tatum were readily available to answer questions and make things right.
