Did not end up renting from them because their entire lease is non-negotiable and they didn’t tell me that until I asked where to send notes from my lawyer after they sent the lease to review. Superbly run. They clean and maintain property with military precision, but also have a great eye for aesthetics. Landscaping, holiday decorations, and common area renovations- everything was done very tastefully.
Property managers are understanding and responsive when unforeseen issues arise. Vey willing to work with the residents to come to an amicable agreement to resolve issues! They also make themselves available to you freely!
I loved the apartment I rented from them! And the staff were very pleasant and responsive. The lease was tough, you have to read it in advance. It took lots of lead time to end the lease, even on time.
I just moved into the Lebanon holdings apartments on Washington road. I am very pleased with the move. Everyone on the Compeer Investments team are so professional and helpful! The apartments are great and the neighbors are very nice and welcoming. I would suggest if you’re looking for a place of your own to come take a look!
