If I could provide a 0 star for Dr Boon Tan I would. My dad received a dementia diagnosis from Dr Tan. Zero empathy for the fact life changing news was being provided and he told us “obviously I can’t sit here for the next hour answering all your questions” and then told us to google them. We were in and out within 5 minutes with no understanding of where to next. Considering the vulnerability of some of his patients, lessons in bedside manner would be ideal for Dr Tan. Absolutely disgusting. No compassion. My partner called to cancel his mums appointment because she was in the hospital about to pass away & the inconsiderate lady behind the desk thought that was the best time to ask for the $5 outstanding on her account. An invoice would've been more appropriate in that instance & some compassion. Absolutely disgusting.
