I brought a laptop in. Was told it was trashed. Owner was very rude. Brought it over my sister's and her 14 year old daughter fixed it in 20 minutes. Avoid this guy, I also discovered he has regular run ins with the law and was arrested for locking a customer inside his store.
tried calling to ask about a video card, and the guy automatically assuming what I'm looking for and tells me to goto amazon instead of buying it from him, and then hangs up on me. if that's how you treat all of your customers, I'm not sure how your still in business!
