I recently had a hip replacement and was receiving In-Home Physical Therapy (PT) and In-Home Occupational Therapy (OT) from Ascension at Home, which is affiliated with Compassus. I would like to give the PT portion of my In-Home medical treatment a 5 Star rating. Brenda and Crystal, of the PT unit were both absolutely outstanding. This place is ok, my grandma got approached by 10-15 different home health therapy places and this is the one we went with, my grandma was in good enough shape to not require a wheelchair or any assistance walking and moving around, she did needs help with bathing and hair but not once did they help her do those things. This place is for people who are learning how to use wheelchairs or walkers not for actual physical therapy as the lady that approached in the hospital. I'm terminally ill. I am not able to be cured. My specialist and pcp all agree i won't make 6 months and I need to stay on hospice. Well first they forgot my feeding supplies for over a month. My pcp and dietitian had to rapidly call and fax to finally get my feedings. Then they forgot my feedings for a whole weekend then forgot my meds for over 27 hours.
