Putting my Mom on hospice was terrifying. I didnt know who we wanted, but I knew who we didn't want. In the past 24 hours we have met Mike, Brittian and Roger. We have had a medical bed, a potty chair, a bedside table and medicine brought to our door. We have been treated with more dignity and respect then I could ever imagine. My experience with Compassus was wonderful! I have to give the proper shout out to Jody (Baith nurse aide)! Her skill and care is exceptional. Her demeanor is so warm and loving, and had Mom laughing and smiling through an otherwise challenging scenario. Brittain, Jennifer and Michelle are also highly professional, warm and handled difficult scenarios promptly with integrity and true kindness. Compassus has been the best blessing for our family. We have had the best team. Gina, Lori, Emma and Ms. T have really been there for us! Rodger and Crystal have been so kind and helpful as well. I would recommend this hospice to literally everyone who needs this type of care. Gina and Lori have really gone above and beyond to love our family.

The information I was given upfront by Compassus was insufficient at best. We were sweet talked into thinking my dad would go to one of the hospice houses in Tulsa. Unfortunately that didn’t happen before he passed. Also, I was never told that I would become dad’s nurse as long as he was in his home. On Sunday we were promised to go to a hospice house only to find out that transport was unavailable. It was really unprofessional.
