As a retired Healthcare worker I was very picky on who cared for my husband. My expectations were met and then some. Caring compassionate explains everything. I recommend Compassus to everyone who needs hospice or home health.
Compassus has been wonderful for my Dad. Our nurse has been so kind keeps us informed about how things are going. Great people, responsive care.
Not happy with this service at all my loved one called me today and said she was upset because the nurse that’s caring for her is not compassionate and they’re not treating her wounds. I will not recommend this agency to no one.
Though I had read lots about hospice, I was unprepared for the relief I felt when Compassus hospice in Birmingham came to help us- first with my father for seven months with cancer, then five years later with my mother. Compassus was there with medical support, but also with every question, concern, or fear. There is no way to quantify the help they brought! I will be forever grateful for the support they gave our family as we cared for our parents in the last months of their lives. Care plus compassion= Compassus!
