The experience I had with the Chaplin today was super off. I simply asked him to agree with me in prayer for my mother to be healed. He said that was not his theology. This was too odd for me to not bring it to the table. He said he didn’t believe everything in the Bible. I guess you pick and choose what you want to believe and can become a chaplain? Absolutely unprofessional and negative bedside manner. Do not recommend.
Unprofessional, condescending, and first nurse incompetent-anything but compassionate. The one bright star was Mom's second nurse, Connor, who was knowledgeable, caring, and very willing to answer questions. He deserves 10 stars! The rest of the company -two stars may be too much. My mother-in-law was seen at the hospital and was diagnosed with gall stones. At 97, she choose not to have surgery., which is understandable.
