I'll start and keep this simple. Lack of communication. No one tells anyone anything. I'm keeping all my details for now, but the BBB is being contacted. This place is taking insurance money from the government to provide a service, and they are barely doing it. They do enough work to keep the government money coming, but all their patients are gettings the short end of the stick with their lack of nurses and staff.
After my recent Brain Surgery, I was really skeptical If I will be able function normal like before.Mr.Mark Lee, my PT was very kind and professional. He motivated me and made sure my needs were met within a very short period of time with simple and easy to do exercises. I recovered fast mainly because of the confidence he bult in and the step-by-step guidance he gave me making sure I am not just his project but a real human being to be cared well. Thank you.
Our family member was moved into hospice care this year. The nurse that comes in, Christian Salinas, RNCM, has been absolutely amazing. He takes the time needed to ensure every need is met. He is always ready and willing to help with whatever his patient and their family needs. The care he provides is the care everyone deserves.
