They were very kind and understanding. Allen was great, even though we were talking cell phone to phone, which was breaking up and so was I. Very patient . When Nikita came home, we had the best keepsake and box for her. Thank you guys so much !
We had sugar for 14 years and it was devastating to lose her! They were absolutely amazing! I would recommend that you take your beloved pet to them and they will treat them with care! Thank you so much you made a tough time seem a little easier!
