RecommendedI have to say Alan and his team are beyond amazing!! When my baby passed this year it was the most devastating thing that I’ve been through in a very long time and they made the whole process very easy for me, I am beyond happy with the quality of everything that I received and also the necklace of his nose print that I received. (The cross does not come with the necklace I added it)
While Alan & his assistant were very pleasant on the phone, we were very disappointed in what we received. We were told we would receive an urn, a picture frame, a paw print, and some of our cat's hair. a plastic box in a drawstring bag is NOT an urn. Now we must buy a proper, real urn. also we anticipated an ink paw print, not a print in a blob of plaster glued in the picture frame with 2 tufts of hair that look like mini tiki torches also glued in the frame. When I started my business in 2005, I decided that I wanted the owner to have something physical to remind them of their pet. Other companies were using ink prints. Occasionally, owners ask me to ink prints from their pet’s foot for a tattoo. In order to get a nice ink print that you will see, we have to take maybe six to ten prints. Awesome !! My 15 1/2 year old pug died on me June 10th !! He was all I had these people are great!! They gave me his ashes some of his fur and a paw print!!

Very genuine people. Very compassionate. When I messaged them at 5:30 am. I got a respond immediately. Our Toby was left in good hands by the time we got there at 9:30 a.m. The whole process was explained to us and our dog Toby was treated with respect, dignity and love.
