Went to Russell after I bought a groupon and made an appointment and he showed up, did the works but he tried to push me to buy more sessions and I was kinda sketched out by it but I declined and left and he kept calling me and offering more services if I bought them today. I was like NO THANK YOU! and left. don't go to him. he begs for money. NOT COOL
I’d leave 0 stars if I could. I bought a groupon for 2 adjustments for 40 bucks. Russell A. Perez told me his square wasn’t working and I had to pay cash. He guilts you into it by saying he can’t afford his rent. I felt bad so I did it. He was a no show at 2 appointments and is never reliable. I’ve been asking for a refund and now I get a response from “a family member” that he’s not able to continue working. This has happened to 5 other people I know of. My experience has been AWFUL! I recieved a groupon deal for this chiropractor for my birthday. The service wasn't good from the first time I went. My groupon deal was for an xray and 2 chiropractor services, but I was never given an xray. I was pushed to purchase 11 more sessions after my two groupon sessions (without xray) were done, and for some reason I purchased them.
