A handful of employees were compassionate. My father was in the hospice program with CCH. Most of the regular time nurses were excellent and truly compassionate. The problem lies with the management and after hours nurses. No one told the after hours/weekend crew that my Dad had died. I was getting check in calls for him a week after he died and one while the funeral home was there to pick up his body.
