Truly a sincerely compassionate practice. Dr. Shell puts the animals first as it should be.
Unbelievable caring and concern from Dr. Shell and her staff. My dog was hit by a car and was in emergency care for 5 days. Dr. Shell walked me through the process and helped me transition to her for aftercare. My dog looks to make a full recovery thanks to the care and compassion of Dr. Shell and her team. This type of service is rare today. So grateful!
I could not love this practice anymore if I tried. My dog is truly a part of my family and as such I want the very best care for her. Yesterday I took her in to see Dr. Loewenstein because my dog had been itching to the point of scratching herself raw. I’ve tried a lot of medications and diet changes with no real effect. After a wonderful appointment with the doctor and her two techs Brandi and Lori, Maginot and I were on our way with meds and a plan.
