Our Corgi had an emergency with an obstruction from something she ate. It was a Sunday and Compassion was closed. We took her to an emergency vet and they recommended surgery ASAP. We were quoted $6000-7000 for the surgery from another hospital! We left a massage with Dr. Shell and she called my wife back personally and scheduled us for a surgery first thing Monday morning. Our puppy unexpectedly has had some health issues and Dr. Brooke has gone above and beyond to help us and to coordinate with other specialists to provide complete care for our puppy. She has been compassionate and helpful and reassuring every step of the way. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Highly recommend!

They definitely live up to their name. I've never had a vet so available for questions. We started seeing Dr. Hain because I got a new rescue pup and I was concerned about walking dandruff. She did not do a skin scrape (that I requested) because she didn't think it was necessary from visual inspection, which I deeply appreciate because who wants to pay for unnecessary interventions? This is probably the best vet I have ever been to. They are the most caring, intelligent, thorough, amazing group of vets/vet techs I have ever met. Both of my dogs are very chill when they go there. We had to leave our shepherd there for the day. THEY DELIVERED HIM TO OUR HOUSE! Then our sweet boy tried to leave again with the vet! That is how much he liked her. :)
Dr. Shell is absolutely the best. The care she provides is exceptional. Not only does she provide support and care for pets, she also is a great support for the owner.
