Stephanie Marshall worked with us recently on the purchase of our first home and she was amazing, as we knew she would be! She was always available with very quick responses, and answered all of our naive first time home buying questions, even the ones we didn’t think of!! We felt completely comfortable every step of the way with Stephanie and would recommend both her and Steve to anyone! They will of course be our choice for any future endeavors!
As soon as you enter you will see the care that is taken to guarantee a great stay or buy. The staff is super educated and have friendly customer service practices.. They are a reliable community and business partner.
Ease of contact and getting to. Pleasant staff and great service. Excellent choices. The condo we chose was great. Great views, great layout of space. Ease of access to beaches and shops. Peaceful and quiet to rest in and enjoy visiting with our friends. Loved the clear cut rules and info about the condo and our departure times. We look forward to doing business with them on our next trip down to Florida and the Tampa/St.Pete area.
We were thrilled with the Condo. It was updated, clean, fully stocked with all the things we needed. Close to the pool, the beach. Walked everyday and found new things each day. The area was beautiful and there was so much to do. Thank you for making our first retirement getaway great!booked it for next year.
