I sincerely enjoyed my experience checking in to Compass storage on Chagrin. I called in and the customer service was top notch. There are such kind and knowledgeable people who work there. The first storage unit people I have met that genuinely seem to enjoy their job and helping people. Moving is stressful and that was the first time I smiled all day!
