Latoya is very nice and as helpful as she can be. The rest of the company is a complete SCAM they increase the price every six months and not by a couple dollars by like $20 or $30 these hidden fees were not explained during the contract signing or else I would have chosen another company! Once I move my things from here I’ll never be back nor recommend this company to ANYONE! Also when you call cooperate they are of ZERO HELP! If I could post without any stars I would but you have to leave at least one star!
