I worked with Compass Resorts Rental Management Company for 3 years. In that time I had more than 5 different rental managers managing my property. They will nickel and dime you for everything in your condo. The maids steal stuff and then you'll have to pay for the item to be replaced. I paid for the maintenance plan too but it seemed like every other month I was paying for batteries, brooms and other minor stuff. We stayed at Les Antilles at Caribe in Miramar, beautiful home, AC upstairs quit working before we arrived and Compass resort staff immediately took action. Small things occur unexpectedly like this, it was noones fault. We will book with a compass resorts again. The staff called several times to check on us, small gestures go a long way! Thank you for a wonderful week long vacation!!!
We rented Bella Martine. The home was very clean, beautiful and well stocked. The neighborhood of Caribe is extremely nice. Tree lined streets with sidewalks, two pools, tennis courts, two beach entrances, friendly neighborhood and nice golf cart parking at the beach. Compass Resorts is the most responsive rental agency we have ever used. We are looking forward to our next stay.
Just returned from stay at Silver Beach Towers East 202. The condo was beautiful!! Very spacious. Very clean (except floors didn't seemed to be mopped very well. Maybe housekeeping just missed some spots?) You get Fobs/wristbands to gain access thru gates. That was fine but I was constantly counting Fobs to make sure nobody had lost one. $53 (I believe was the amount) if one gets lost charged to your credit card. Eek! Seriously unhappy with the service at Silver Sands in Destin. We’ve been booking the same place, the same week for years. This year, Desiree at the front desk was condescending and rude. Very disappointing. She should not be out front dealing with the public.
We stayed at Silver Shells for the third year in a row. Great place and great location. Pool and beach access are awesome. Semi private elevators are the best!! Our room was very clean, a lot of room for 10 people, no problems at all. Great time!!
We stayed at Silver Beach Towers E1101. Room was great! Everything was lovely in the condo. We have been coming here for several year. The last year or two the people at the pool have gotten very strict. I come all the way across the country to lay on my float and relax in the pool. They said I took up too much space in the pool. There was plenty of room and the pool was not crowded. To pay that much to come across the country and not be able to lay on your float is crazy.
