What a terrible agent!!! Do not buy or sell with agent Lisa Monaco. The lack of knowledge and professionalism will leave you speechless. She will never have your back and will cover herself by always referring back to contract clauses (her interpretation) of said clauses. She will NOT advise you on anything!!

Horrible experience and can not recommend. My problems were not addressed in a timely manner, or at all, nor taken as seriously as I would perceive an outstanding agency would have addressed them. Sorry to say, as it brings me no joy, please choose somewhere else.
