Compass, formerly Pacific Union, became the first major real estate firm to open in East LA with its transformation of the iconic 1928 Frank’s Highland Park Camera building into a 4,300 square foot creative space. A block from the spectacularly renovated Highland Park Bowl, the building also houses the studio of producer, musician and Highland Park native Skrillex. Highland Park was one of the first of the re-emerging areas in Northeast LA, and remains among the top five hottest metro neighborhoods in the city.
