Michala and JoEllen were instrumental pieces when I was searching for my first home. They helped me get into numerous houses to help find the right fit. During the closing process they were always organized and keeping me updated through emails and calls to ensure we were all on the same page. They also adapted quickly while many of our final steps had to be completed during the peak of COVID-19. Throughout the process they were always easily assessable and ready to answer any question I had!
Michala and her team were able to move quickly to put an offer in on our dream home. When the nation shut down due to Covid her team was still able to get everything done in order for us to close on time. My wife and I couldn't be happier with out decision to use The Costello Group.
