Worst company to do business with hands down. Never return calls. Tell you that they have verification of you current lease/rental place, then a week later, deny your app because they were unable to verify your current rental/lease. I had to send my pay stubs 3 times. I had to send my service animal information twice. I reached out to compass property management about possibly working with me on the application requirements for a tiny house in Greenwood for $1100 for myself and my three children.
