Karen at Compass Property Management needs a course in improving her customer service skills. Im not sure where she learned to speak to people, or how they are still in business with the way she treats tenants... New tenants to be exact! Who I might add, they never even had the decency to introduce themselves to properly!! Take note Karen: I work in property management as well. I have rented 2 separate apartments from Compass. Both times I was very happy. The staff tends to get things done quick and are always friendly. The application process was simple and both times I was able to move in within 1 week of applying. The whole process was pretty straight forward and easy. If you have a job, have decent credit, and are honest on your application, you shouldnt have a problem! I had until August 31st to be out of my apartment. I wasn't evicted compass just decided not to renew my lease. Luckily we had most of our stuff out when on August 24th they decided to have my apartment EMPTIED. I was there on the 23rd getting some small things. All my food was in the fridge my 55 in tv was in there my sons frog and most of my kitchen appliances were in there. And of course joe won't answer his phone.

My family and I would like to thank Compass Property Management LLC and their employees for all of the help that they have given us over this past year. We are on our second year with them. They are very pleasant, nice people, friendly and considerate and respectful of others. It is not easy trying to please others or to meet everyone's needs, but they try hard to do so. As a new member of the Compass Property Management team I have been very impressed with their superior customer service. CPM makes sure that rent is easy to pay for tenants and they work closely with the property owners to make sure the properties are kept in great shape. I know they are working hard to improve their application process so that it is easier than ever to be matched with the property for you.

If you are every in the area and need a place to rent you need to go through Compass. Joe and his staff are excellent at their job. Our place was fantastic and it was a pleasure working with them.
