I wouldn't even give these people a .5 star rating. It'll be weeks before a work order is complete even then they give the job to any meth head with a toolbox. its been 2 days without a toilet. 2 weeks with a leaking waterline under our trailer. never finished our kitchen floor, then you have the audacity to terminate our lease 2 days after helping us to get set up to get back on track with rent. Worthless.
Compass Property Management is worthless, nobody answers the phones and nobody does anything about maintenance in your home. If you want to live in a poor environment then go ahead and rent from them. Completely unprofessional and rude.
Completely unprofessional and lack communication. Maintenance repair we’ve been dealing with since 8/28 that left us with no water since 9/4. I’m continuously calling them for updates and they say they have no idea what’s going on! I voice my concern and was asked if I was done yet!! Complete disregard for my families living condition.
I had applied for my apartment and got approved in the beginning of May, i was supposed to move in May 17th but my move in date got pushed back due to KAREN from compass property management sending me and incorrect lease and then trying to get me to sign it even though it was incorrect and a few other complications. RecommendedI have been renting from Compass Property for 5 years. Thanks to Karen and her text messages I was able to do what I needed to do in order to move into my new house. whenever I fill out a maintenance form the work gets done. I really like the way they work and will continue renting from them. Thank you.
Even though Kacey did not directly assist me she pushed my info through to Karen who has been in contact with me via text messages... i appreciate all the hard work that these 2 ladies did for me!!!
