Very thorough knowledgeable and polite. I felt I got more than what my money was worth. I would recommend this company. The report was very professional and detailed including pictures and recommendations. Made it easier for builder to locate the issue.

Very thorough reporting, and reasonably priced! James spent a few hours at our commercial property and explained the things he found to me prior to issuing the actual report (and in terms I could understand!).
