This guy has absolutely destroyed the selling of my house because he thinks he’s a yard expert. There’s drainage underground less than three years old. DO NOT RECOMMEND his company and I will let EVERYONE know that

Tim completed my inspection for my 1st home. He was very patient in explaining his findings and was clear in his explanations to a new comer like me. His report was processed the same day as well. I definitely recommend NPI especially for their great rates!

If you're buying a house, you NEED these people. Buddy and Dave found major foundation issues that would've costs tens of thousands of dollars to repair.
