THIS COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. I ordered a part. opened the package. took the part out of its packaging. realized the part wouldn't fix my problem. put the part right back in the packaging. looked up return. instructions. They say you need to call to get an RMA number. I called and the dude was very adamant that every molecule of the stupid part must be intact. it seemed weird how meticulous he was but I don't judge.
