While they did not support the Canon product I needed parts for they were very quick to suggest another local supplier. The man I spoke with was very pleasant and I can olny hope the behavior experienced by other reviews has been addressed and may no longer be a problem. happy shopping.

Terrible Customer Service – If I could rate no stars I would. I called this company this morning to see about some printer repair and before even asking me a few basic questions... like whether or not the printer has worked before... the guy insisted that I simply didn't know how to follow the instructions. Since the printer had been working for quite some time, I informed the rep that indeed, I did know how to follow instructions and had tried many times. EPSON Parts – Compass Micro is a great company. I recently ordered a few replacement parts for my Epson Projector and was amazed with the low prices on authorized Epson parts. When I say low prices I mean LOW ! I paid 200% less than some of their competitors ! Their web site is easily navigable and descriptions of product are very accurate. I was surprised to see that they notified me that they had the same part in a different package that would save me more than 50%.
