Very helpful, has come out to repair our AC a few times, even after hours to make sure we slept in cold AC! Good prices & good service
HUGE WASTE OF TIME! I had Compass come out because I needed repairs done on my Viking range. I was given his name by Viking saying he was an authorized repair company (meaning he knows how to repair Viking). When he arrived, I felt like he had never worked on a Viking range before in his life. I knew more about it than he did. I had to keep making suggestions about what might or might not be causing the issue. He drove 90 mins to get to my house, spent an hour actually at my house and did absolutely nothing. Rob came out to our house and seemed great. However, he left promising an estimate, and never emailed, called, or came back. We can not reach anyone at Compass even after multiple calls.
If I could go lower than 1 star I would. We called them based on a referral from Viking to repair our gas range and do an overall service on it. Rob set up an appointment and came out but did not do anything. He said he would have to come back with help even though he knew what he was coming out to do and on what make, model and serial number unit it was. Then he disappeared for 3+ weeks knowing our range is almost unusable due to the gas smell. After multiple texts he finally set another appointment to just cancel that morn... read more
