We had a leak and Darren arrived today such a pleasant person to deal with very helpful. All fixed and delighted with the work carried out. I would 100% recommend this company and they will be my go to plumber going forward.

After multiple quotes from different companies I decided to go with Compass. At the time the reviews were good. They came out to install my heat and air unit. the first crew seemed very nice but didn't quite understand what they were supposed to do. I explained that they were going to install more registers in the house because my house didn't have enough from when it was built. I came home from work and I had no heat. I called Compass and got the answering service because it was after hours. Jim was on-call and returned my call within 10 minutes. I explained what was going on and he said it sounded like something he could take care of without having to wait until the next day for a part, etc. He came out and 30 minutes later I had a warm house again. This is probably the worst place to have come out and fix your air conditioning. They are very unprofessional, rude, and overpriced. They try and charge you for things that they do not even do. I would suggest Metro Heating and Air. They are close to the same location with better prices and much more professional. Take it from me, do not choose Compass unless you want to be disappointed.
