Ignorant and apathetic to mental health needs
Absolutely giving you all a one star. And I highly recommend a new team for my step son. Letter of complaint has been wrote to each facility and higher up. I do not feel it is appropriate for Terry Austin to come into the home alone with my step son and be in his room. Especially without consent. My husband only new about this issue because my step son called his father about an Nintendo switch that was hidden quite well.
