Have had nothing but great experiences. My counselor and presciber are both helpful and kind. I have been seeing them both for years and they are amazing. The receptionists are friendly and have always done their best to solve any problems that may arise. The nurses for the prescibers have also been easy to work with. I've attended a handful of groups over the last year, the counselors running them were kind and ran them well. Positive experiences
They don't answer the phone. They sent me a letter that I was going to be kicked out if I didn't come in. The person who scheduled me didn't know who he was supposed to schedule with. So my appointment got cancelled. Then there was a big mix up about what was going on. So they sent me upstairs to see if they could figure it out. Pretty damn annoyed. I had to take of work for this . They apparently need me to see my counselor monthly, to maintain my meds. My counselor said I could discontinue seeing him for awhile. The lack o... read more
